In the MÜLLER showroom in Scheessel, we present the perfect machine duo for the converting industry: the MÜLLER m:micro narrow slitting machine and the SAHM 411XE winding machine. A powerful team that you have to see for yourself!

System Müller + SAHM
Kassettensystem
The innovative cassette system of the MÜLLER m:micro enables fast and safe knife changes during product changes. With a simple plug-and-play mechanism, the operator effortlessly removes the cassette from the machine and installs a new one in no time, minimizing setup times and reducing machine downtime to an absolute minimum. At the same time, cassettes can be safely loaded with the desired blade combination by skilled personnel outside of the production process, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Aufwicklung in diagonaler Anordnung
As an alternative to producing parallel bobbins, the m:micro offers winding with diagonally adjustable winders for roll production. This design ensures an extremely short free strip length from the cutting point to the winder, while providing an ergonomically comfortable working position for the operator when handling the rolls.
Individuelle Antriebe
Individual drives for the spindle and traversing at each winding position enable precise control, optimal winding quality, and maximum flexibility for versatile winding and material applications.
Integriertes Anlagenkonzept
Integrated line concept for tape widths from 0.8 to 65 mm, ensuring pinpoint accuracy in slitting and winding, with line speeds of up to 400 m/min, depending on material characteristics.
Rollengeometrie
The roller design, tape guiding, and roller surfaces are selected according to the winding material specifications and the desired package shape. This ensures precise traversing and smooth processing of the winding material.
HMI control
Model SAHM 411XE is equipped with an advanced drive concept and HMI control. Both features enable a wider range of winding applications and provide more intuitive operator guidance. The Remote Support Module and OPC-UA Interface are optional features.
